Start Your US Company From Overseas. We'll Build the Florida LLC.
One order: we file your Florida LLC, act as your registered agent for the first year, get an EIN that doesn't need an SSN, and complete your bank account application for our partners. $399 plus Florida's filing fee; the agent renews at $99/yr.
Your customers are in the US. You don't have to be. If you sell on a US marketplace, build software for US clients, or invoice American companies from another country, a Florida LLC is a straightforward way to do it. We set the whole thing up while you stay overseas: the state filing, your registered agent, an EIN with no Social Security Number, and an application to open an account with our partners.
$399 + Florida's $125 filing fee. Your registered agent is included for the first year, then $99/yr.

Want a US company, but you don't live in the US? No Social Security Number, no US address, no idea where to start. That's exactly what we handle.
You fill out one short form. That's it.
We form your Florida LLC with the state.
We become your registered agent, so your official mail goes to our Florida office and straight on to you.
We prepare your EIN application. No Social Security Number needed. You just sign.
And you don't have to wait for your EIN. As soon as you sign, your bank account application is ready for our partners, with your company documents already attached. You approve it, we send it. Your EIN arrives in the background, straight to your dashboard. (Our partners make the final decision, so approval isn't guaranteed.)
One package: $399, plus the $125 Florida state fee. Start your US company today.
How it works
- Checkout: tell us your company name and who owns it. You fill out nothing else.
- Filing: we send your Articles to the Florida Division of Corporations.
- Approval: once Florida registers your LLC, the filed Articles go into your dashboard.
- Signature: you e-sign the SS-4 we prepared.
- Bank account application: ready immediately, with your company documents attached, so the EIN doesn't hold it up. Once you approve it, it goes to our partners.
- IRS filing: we fax your signed SS-4.
- EIN: the IRS assigns your number, typically two to eight weeks after the fax, and it shows up in your dashboard.
You step in at 1, 4, and 5. We do the other steps for you.
What we handle for you
We file your Florida LLC
We draft your Articles of Organization and file them on Sunbiz, Florida's online filing system. Your principal and mailing addresses can be outside the US.
We are your Florida registered agent
Your registered office has to be at a physical street address in Florida, and PO Boxes aren't accepted. For the first year, we provide that address, and we scan and forward any official documents that arrive for your LLC.
We get your EIN without an SSN
Most people overseas can't use the IRS online tool, since it requires an SSN or ITIN. We use the paper process instead: we prepare Form SS-4, have you sign it electronically, and fax it. Plan on two to eight weeks, because the IRS works through these on its own schedule. If you have an SSN, the EIN still comes through the normal process.
We send your bank account application to our partners
Nothing here waits for the IRS. When the SS-4 is signed, your application is already put together from your order, with your filed Articles attached. You approve it before anything is sent, and then we send it to our partners. Whether an account is opened is their decision, and we can't guarantee it.

Why Florida
- Members, managers, and organizers don't have to live in Florida (Chapter 605).
- The formation fee is $125: $100 plus a $25 registered agent designation.
- Florida LLCs file an annual report each year between January 1 and May 1, and the fee is $138.75.
- Missing May 1 brings a $400 late fee, and it can't be waived.
- Your registered office can't be a PO Box, and your annual report must list at least one manager or managing member.
This summarizes Florida's rules. It isn't tax advice.
What stays with you after setup
The annual report each spring is yours to file. So are taxes: we don't file federal returns of any kind. Many LLCs owned from abroad file Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120 every year, and your tax adviser should handle that. We also don't give tax or immigration advice, so work with a tax professional who has experience with international owners.

Frequently asked questions
I live overseas. Why choose Florida?
Florida has no residency requirement for LLC owners, handles filings online through Sunbiz, and runs a predictable annual report schedule. Whether it's right for you depends on your business and your home country's rules, so check with a tax professional.
Do I need a US address?
Your LLC needs a Florida registered office at a physical street address, and our office provides it for the included first year. Your own address can stay outside the US.
What happens with the business bank account?
We draft it for our partners with your filed Articles included, and it's finished once your EIN application carries your signature. After you give your approval, we submit it. Your EIN follows later. Our partners review it and decide on the account, which isn't something we can guarantee.
How much is Florida's annual report, and when is it due?
It's $138.75, due by May 1 each year, with a $400 late fee after that. It isn't part of the package, so plan to file it yourself or with help.
Can you get my EIN in less than eight weeks?
We can't speed it up. We fax Form SS-4 to the IRS, and the IRS usually takes two to eight weeks to process these. It has no expedited service for them.
Will I be billed for anything else?
From us, only the $99 yearly registered agent renewal after the first year, which you can cancel in your dashboard. Florida's annual report fee goes to the state separately.
Will you file Form 5472 for me?
No. We don't prepare or file tax forms. If your LLC is foreign-owned, ask a tax professional whether Form 5472 or other federal filings apply.
