Year one favors Atlas. From year two, a Delaware LLC costs about $400 a year in agent and state charges, and a Florida LLC with our agent about $238. Most of that gap comes from the states' own fees.
What we do differently
- We file in Florida. Articles of Organization go to the Division of Corporations through Sunbiz, and we're your registered agent at a physical Florida address.
- We prepare the bank application. Instead of a Treasury account, you get an application for our partners, filled in from your order with your Florida Articles attached. It's done once the SS-4 has your signature, and it goes out when you approve it, with the EIN still on its way. Our partners have the final say, so approval isn't assured.
- We handle the EIN without an SSN. Our team drafts the SS-4 for your digital signature and handles the fax. Two to eight weeks is normal at the IRS, with no way to speed it up.
